Boarding policies
-
We require current vaccinations for your pet’s boarding stay – DHLPP (Distemper/Parvo combo) and Rabies for dogs and FVRCP (Respiratory combo) and Rabies for Cats.
-
All dogs must be at least four months of age and have had three of the Distemper/Parvo vaccinations to attend day care or boarding.
-
We ask that you bring your pet’s own regular food so as to not disrupt their daily diet. You may pre-bag each feeding with the correct amount or bring a bag with enough to last for their stay. We can not keep large containers so please only bring as much as is needed.
-
All animals, being admitted for boarding or grooming, must be free of fleas and ticks and should be on a monthly preventative. If they are not, they will be treated at owner’s expense.
-
Please notify us of any medical conditions or any special handling instructions. If your pet does require medications, there is an additional charge for each time our staff administers a dose. Please call BEFORE you make reservations for any pet that requires medications.
-
Please notify us if your pet is, or may come in to, season so that we may make the appropriate arrangements
-
You must notify us of any changes to dismissal dates. Any pet left 5 days past their scheduled pick-up date, without notification, will be considered abandoned.
-

Pets that require separate feeding must board in separate rooms. If for ANY reason your pets require separate feeding they must board in separate rooms.
-
For reservations for two or more dogs – If one of your dogs is over 80 pounds and you are boarding more then one dog – they must either board separately or board in a run. Though our regular rooms are spacious for most pets, they are not designed to accommodate more then one pet when one one of those pets is extra large.
-
You are welcome to bring toys and treats for your pal. We only ask that they are indestructible or completely edible for your pets safety. We are not responsible for items that are destroyed or lost; though, we will try our best to keep them intact and clean. We provide clean bedding/blankets and raised cots daily at no extra charge. No outside beds please. Again – We are not responsible for items that are destroyed or lost; though, we will try our best to keep them intact and clean.
-
You may drop your pet(s) off anytime during our regular business hours
-
If your pet is aggressive toward people, they must board in a run where they can be properly cared for without risk to our dedicated employees. When reserving online you will need to select a run for your pet.
-
If your dog(s) begins to show signs of aggression after you drop them off, we will first call to notify you, and then either call a local contact of your choosing to pick your pet(s) up or we will move your pet(s) to an indoor/outdoor run where we can safely tend to their needs. Additional charges apply.
